The clinic runs on an appointment system. Please ring our number, 9738 0009 for an appointment. Every effort is made to accommodate your preferred time and GP. However, if you need an appointment when your preferred GP is unavailable; we would strongly recommend that you consult with another doctor within the practice to maintain continuity of your care, as all doctors share access of your confidential history. Emergencies will always be given priority, which may result in a delay of your scheduled appointment time. Longer consultation times are available; please ask our receptionists if you require extra time. If you or a family member requires an interpreter service, we can organize this for you. Please let us know when you make the appointment.

Doctors in the clinic speak: English, Bengali, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, Mandarin and Arabic, Vietnamese, Pilipino, Cambodian.

The clinic provides a Locum Service (home visit)

For emergencies patients are advised to attend
their nearest hospital or to call an ambulance.

Home visits are available for regular patients of this practice whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery.

This clinic Bulk Bills all patients with a valid Medicare card. However, some consultations are not covered by Medicare, such as; insurance, professional driver license, Workcover, Occupational medical examinations and reports. The costs of these services are available on request. Travel vaccinations also attract a fee, which is the wholesale cost price (not covered byMedicare).
All fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash or EFTPOS.

Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let your doctor or receptionists know

Your doctor will advise when they expect results to arrive at the practice. You will then be required to make an appointment to find out your results and ask what they mean for your care. In the case of an abnormal result, surgery staff will contact you to make an appointment to return and see a doctor.

Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of the practice to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorized members of staff. Doctors in the practice may be contacted during normal opening hours. If the doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken and the call will be returned. In an emergency your call will be put through, email enquiries to info@wmclinic.com.au
